PERFORMING PROBATES

THROUGHOUT FLORIDA

Probate laws and procedures differ from state to state. Whenever there are non-resident considerations in an estate, it is important to work with a law firm with ample knowledge and experience handling ancillary probate. Furthermore, most Florida counties have their own individual procedures on how an estate administration is handled in addition to the Florida Statutes and procedural rules.  If you are a family member of a recently deceased Florida resident or non-resident with assets to be probated in Florida, we can assist you in the Florida county where the property resides.

We collaborate with personal representatives, attorneys, and families while facilitating efficient resolutions of out-of-state probate cases.  We recognize that the importance and value of each and every client and the magnitude of the situations they are facing. For all your concerns, questions and needs related to probate in Florida — whether the deceased lived in Florida or out of state, and whether property or beneficiaries are in Florida or out of state — entrust your estate administration matters to us.
